There are various benefits of drinking hot water to our health.We take water to hydrate our body. Both hot and cold water serve this purpose. Drinking cold water seems to be more tempting than hot water. So, we consume cold water on a regular basis compared to hot water.

Our body temperatures are maintained at 98.6 degrees. When we take cold water, it forces the body to bring the temperature back up. Cold water can be easily absorbed into the blood and keeps the body hydrated. But, apart from these benefits of cold water, drinking hot water can also be very beneficial to the body. It should be taken before breakfast and as and when required throughout the day.

When lemon and honey are added to drinking hot water, it will become tasty and boost up the immunity and it is the perfect solution for cleansing your body system.

warm water is excellent for cleaning our body from the inside. it flushes out all the toxins from our body and helps in digesting the food. if we have atleast 2 glasses of warm water in a day , it digests the food properly. warm water with honey or lemon or both together can give wonderfull results when it comes to cleansing.

When the waste material or stool layers inside your intestines due to lack of moisture to make it move, it is called constipation. it is a very common problem among many people largely due to lack of water in the body. Passing the stool becomes very difficult in such a scenario. If we regularly have warm water in empty stomach or with meals, it will not only break down the food for better digestion and passing.

One of the best methods to lose weight is by having warm water with lemon and honey at least twice a day to lose weight. Hot water tends to break the fat deposits on our bodies and help us lose those extra pounds. Lemon not only cuts the fat from our bodies but has fiber which controls our food cravings.
