We as Indians grow up in the family where parents, family members or friends wants us to WIN, succeed in all situations be it study or games or any events we participate. Everyone is more concerned about how we fared in comparison to neighbor's son or daughter or other participants in the event.

When we are teenage, we fear from proposing because the other person may deny , so we end up not proposing and finally we loose them. When we participate in the competitive exams, we do not want to drop out from college or university or other courses just because we fear to loose an entire year if we FAIL.

You see lot of books which talks about "How to Win!" or "Habits of Winners" or "How to be successful" or similar books which teach us to "WIN" only. Why there are no books which teach us to "FAIL", "Learning’s from Failure" "Recover from Failures"....

Is Winning that important ? Does it ensures good & happy life ? Even if we win in the events ..does it ensures that we would win in all the other events . Did you ever think or evaluated whether the event you participated & failed was even worth participating..

How do we describe WIN or SUCCESS, is it not something which is relative ? For Example, someone winning the district badminton championship may fail when playing at the national level and someone at national level may fail when playing at the international level. If the WINNER plays again, may him/herself fail in the second time not necessarily because he/she played bad.. but could be that environment changed or competition changed or other factors...

FAILURE is the chance to help improve your bad points and improve on your already strong points. Thus a failure in 10th exam, may actually end up helping you become a more hard working & serious person towards exams & your career and you may end up passing any further exams at much higher grade.

Failures teach a person more than the Wins. So why do we fear Failures... actually those failures are the stepping stones of many wins which are waiting for you in the future.. wins which are more meaningful..which have more impact on your life.

So, you better embrace the failures and build stronger & deeper base on top of it, do not worry about failures, infact learn from those mistakes, failures .. all winners have seen failures, that’s why they are the winners in true sense...

so keep failing...and learn from them for future wins
